Wanting any Topps/Bowman packs (esp HTA) and mail-in promotion info

I'll buy or trade well for any (2002 or late-issue 2001-02 for basketball/hockey) current Topps or Bowman packs, especially the HTA varieties. Generally I'm only looking for one of each variety so I'm not really into boxes (will consider good deals for some HTA/hobby jumbo boxes, esp 1997 Topps football, however). For the current issues, as long as I haven't bought it yet and the mail-in promotion that's on the back of the packs (offering insert cards at the same odds per entry as the packs) is current. Also, if you want, I'll send some free cards (u pick player I'll give you a few base or lower-end insert cards) for complete info on the mail-in promotions on the back of the packs, meaning:

Math Question if any (I think everybody has to answer them now)
Max # of entries allowed
Postmark Deadline
