If you like or collect game floor cards, then yes. Personally I hate game floor cards and wouldn't trade for any myself.

I wouldn't do the trade, if it was me anyway. Your trading 4 rc's and a nice gu'ed card, for 2 floor cards and a couple of good rookies. Floor cards are really stretching the gu'ed concept but if you like them, go for it. But, If this trade falls through I want the Miles topps rc.
