These guys are the real deal. Highly recommend them.

Reckless faith in the dollar's strength is reckless. Tariff proposals have demonstrated this.

I agree with Derry...I have worked with George & MCM more than a few times.
Never a disappointment and always courteous and on time.

You just have to realize that when things are in full swing, they can be busy, so make sure you follow the instructions to a "T" and all parties will be happy image

I have both bought and sold from George & MCM. Very smooth transactions!

...........and thanks to all for the nice comments. I would encourage those who are buying to flip not to have ants in your pants and make premature deals that you might regret. I am going to sharpen my pencil as much as I can when we do post our offer.

    Thanks,

Very good advice, Price swings on this product may be large quickly. I remember the 08/07 eagles. I bought 2 from MCM and next day the prices doubled.

They honor their word and those selling should too.

    Look forward to the frenzy.

Great people to deal with, they get my 5 sets.

Should be interesting. Many people are talking $500-$600 for raw sets easy.

If these sell out within 72 hours .... look out!

    Loves me some shiny!

I'll t6ake $600 for each set I'm gonna get anyttime! But, bet you US Mint increases their allocations!

If you're going for the kill on this, ($500, $600??? that won't be us, sorry) I don't think we'll be able to get together. But I think we'll be competitive, if not top dog. As usual, if it sounds good to you great, and if it doesn't no problem. It freaks me out when people take bid prices personally it's all just business. We'll have a buy price and if you like it you'll sell and if you don't, you won't.

I'm certain there will be higher prices on eBay than whatever we are willing to pay. There always is. I don't consider that a fair indicator of instant no hassle value and eBay prices almost always go straight down after a release. It's the people that some might say have more money than brains and just pay whatever to get it first that set the artificial initial prices on eBay.

    Thanks!

So, what are you offering? You know the Mint price so what is your buy price? I have a feeling many will back out on some deals and hold out for more money. It will be interesting the next month for sure.

Just as a SWAG, I'll propose $100 a set as the premium that will be offered.

Anything offered under $500 is pretty much a waste, but like you posted it's an offer and if people are happy then you both win.

My apologies if i am slow... the $600 referenced above does this refer to the premium paid for the 5 sets?

No, I think it is referring to the price of one set so the premium would be $300.

My gut says MCM will offer a $100 per set premium [$500 for a max 5 set order] which may or may not be reduced before their quota is reached. My estimate is that it would cost a person about $150 a set [with two First Strikes] to submit a set to PCGS on their own. The dealer offering the free graded set is thereby offering about a $460 premium for 5 sets: $300 initial cost, $150 grading plus maybe $10 to ship the set to you. MCM implied in the big thread that they will do better than that.

You guys realize you are being rude to MCM by going back and forth about prices on the set, etc, in a BUY SELL TRADE thread that they created, not you?
The discussions part of the conversation should be in the US Coin Forum where you can make a thread, or ask the same things in any of the already existing threads about the set....

Your point is well taken although the intent was not to be rude or put them on the spot in any way.

WHY DOES THIS THREAD CONTINUE TO GET BUMPED ON THIS FORUM???????? TAKE THE DISCUSSION TO THE PRECIOUS METALS FORUM. YOU SHOULD ONLY BUMP IT IF YOU ARE INQUIRING ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THE OP.
