*EBAY 1915-D PCGS 64 barber 50c

Coin looks grainy in these pics because it is a scan from the seller I bought from. Coin is actually very smooth and high end for a 64. The dealer I bought it from is a former PCGS grader from Ohio I believe. Nice old man I spoke to on the phone for a good half an hour about him putting together a million dollar quarter set for some big collector. he says he is sure this thing would be a 65 if submitted again. He tried twice and got 64 both times. Not sure myself as I am a noob, but the luster and strike certainly look high end. Id say the reverse would be easily a 66-67 as there isnt a mark anywhere on it. The obverse has a scuff on the cheek that would be the only question between the higher grade, but it is not very distracting. 1075 shipped insured and payapalled. Selling out of neccesity otherwise Id consider this part of my box of 20.

I dont have a 1915-D quarter. I think I have a 1912-D in MS62.
