Commentary In Sellers Threads

Pretty simple: Don't.

People are free to ask what they want, if it's too high, it won't sell. Pretty dynamic concept. So please keep any snide or insulting remarks to yourselves.

Thank you

    Sticky?

You would think people would't be so rude. All the sticky threads just make less room for other front page posts. Maybe just one sticky for all the rules ?

Doesn't this rule (request?) beg the question, "Why allow replies at all?"

The Test forum only allows 3 replies before not allowing any more.
Why not have the BST forum only allow 'replies' by the OP for TTT's?
The original post can get edited for updates & pictures as needed.

All transactions & requests can be carried on via PM's.

    Just a thought.

  • Does that mean we can't make positive comments either?

Some people are new and dont realize you need to turn pm's on. You might have something for sale, have severl buyers interested but never get a pm

We need a rule not to be snide and rude?

  • What is so great about Steve Martin and what does he have to do with gold and what movie is that from?

Then don't make the PM function an option, PCGS can have this function on as a default.

On this forum, Steve Martin is the Law.

    He is made of gold.

And the movie has something to do with cans. Or something about applying force to objects.

Bump for some senior members who just don't get it.

Datz what I've noticed also. It seems the folks that abuse the BST forum the most, are the ones that have been around the longest.

Must be a "circle of crust" thing.

    OCG:

You posted a link to the same "coin" priced at a 3rd of the price and installed a Hmmmm. That suggest to me you think it is overpriced. I think you were wrong and owe apology.

This thread has been forgotten or never read by many forum members. It should be stuck to the top.

MDIXON...If you are refering to my post.... I dont see where I commented on a sellers price at all which this thread refers to. I Just posted a reply stating my experience with that seller. I dont see any rule against posting a positive or negative experience with a seller in a BST thead. Do you?

“Commentary” in a Seller’s thread saved me a large sum of money in a transaction with a disreputable seller.
