Hey we want 83-85 proof sets, if they are not crazy. I have often wondered if the numbers listed in Krause for many of the Franklin Mint issues, but esp. Bahamas and Br. Virgin Islands were authorized mintages or what was struck (ie 1984 Bahamas listed as mintage of 7500 but much more rarely seen than that number would seem to indicate).
