Coins in an old movie - The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948)
Thanks to DVD technology, it is now possible to "freeze" frames on an old movie.
These two pictures are from the 1948 Warner Brothers film "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre" which is about three Americans who go prospecting for gold in 1925 in Mexico's Sierra Madre mountains.
Early in the film, Fred C. Dobbs (Humphrey Bogart) is panhandling with the line
"Say, mister. Will you stake a fellow American to a meal?"
An American wearing a white suit gives him a silver peso which is shown below in Bogart's hand.

I'm on Verizon DSL, and both IE and Mozilla Firefox gave me an Earthlink screen that said the page I was looking for couldn't be found. Same result on all pictures.

Possibly Earthlink, Verizon, or Mozilla were having a problem when you tried before.

Course, I found it's hard to get the guy running a 16mm projector in a theater to just stop the film whenever you want a closer look at something.
This new DVD technology is great.
