I am very excited about tonight's 2nd coin purchase, this very 
16th Century 1564-94 Austria Hall Taler in NGC AU-58, which now has the honor of being the oldest coin in my collection.
Although I am not very familiar with these, and am only starting to get my feet wet once again in World Crowns, this choice NGC AU-58 example appeared very eye appealing and tempting to me.
I would greatly appreciate receiving some other opinions from you folks who have been lurking on the darkside who are more familiar with this coin than I am. Thanks in advance for providing me with your experience and insight about this historic coin!!

16th Century 1564-94 Austria Hall Taler in NGC AU-58, which now has the honor of being the oldest coin in my collection. This NGC AU-58 is what I'd expect from a PCGS AU-58 -- a truly gorgeous virtually mint state coin with a hint of only the slightest amount of friction on a few of the highest relief points.
