The current Economy message says 65 days. If that is business days, the message should say business days so submitter expectations match reality. I recall it had said business days at some point. Regular service specifies business days so why not Economy?

The turn around times posted on the website for economy and modern services are for calendar days. Only the guaranteed services are counted in business days.
