'Paper Loss' on a PSA 8?

Dryden 1971 OPC Rookie

I happened to see this on eBay and thought I would throw it out for some comments. (Hope the link works.) This is a Ken Dryden 1971 OPC Rookie graded PSA 8 with no qualifiers. Unfortunately, it has some minor paper loss on the back as noted by the seller. Is this something that PSA missed? My understanding is that a small wrinkle puts a card into the PSA 4 range. How can a card with paper loss receive a PSA 8?image

I think its a price tag that has been removed from the case.

I don't think so. Why would the seller say, 'paper loss on reverse' in the listing?

It looks like there are THREE places on the reverse that may contain PAPER LOSS. If that is the case, I wonder if the card in the holder was the one that was originally slabbed by PSA?

Good for that seller to call it out. He has my respect.
