from my boyhood collection. I don't collect sports cards anymore and I'm heading off to college soon, so I figured that I should selll them here first for some extra $$$.
I'm accepting best offers on all or part of the collection. These cards are taking up too much space anyway and are ready to go.
I'll post back later to tell you all the individual amounts of cards per sport for your convenience. Below are the results.
Baseball: 6700 approximately
Basketball: 3000 " "
Football: 2400 " "
hockey: 7850 " "
Racing: 225
Soccer: 60
Grand total: 20,235 +-100 cards.

Are we talking late 70's and 80's....late 80's and 90's (guessing this is the case seeing the racing in there)....
"What Brands", The question should be, what brands aren't in there?: The collection consist's of these brands- Topps, Donruss, Bowman, Fleer, Upper Deck, and more (couldn't think of any more off the top of my head).
"Stars and/or Commons", I would say that there's a nice mix of all players (stars and common) in the collection. There are only so many stars out there and many more common players.
"Condition", practically all the cards are in awesome condition. They have full corners and clean sides/ borders.
"What Price", I'm looking to get about 2 cents ($0.02) per card on average. I can work with prices if you want all or most of it.
