Baggage Battles 1928 Peace dollar 1000 pounds?

Gotta love these appraisers on shows like this- they show a beat up 1928 peace dollar and say its worth 1000 pounds in England being a rare American coin! (actually looked like a Chinese fake to me on TV). Another guy got an appraisal on an old Elgin pocket watch from 1901 when Elgin only made 5000 watches (according to their expert)- value 600 pounds. (Elgin probably made 1 million or so watches I would guess in 1901- this watch was probably from a run of 5000). Time to start exporting coins and watches to England !

    They also said a circulated 1921 morgan was worth 85 dollars. Sign me up for selling!

    Most "reality shows" aren't.

    This show is the most scripted of all these reality shows. I get upset that these networks thing people are so stupid they believe this stuff.

    i just watch them cause its cheap entertainment. its still fun to watch
