UPDATED - 1896 San Fransisco Mint - DIE USE INFORMATION POSTED

This thread is for the REAL COIN GEEKS!
I would like to thank RWB (Roger W. Burdette) for this source of enlightenment and entertainment. Thanks Roger! While doing research at NARA, he came across this really neat hand written document titled "Statement for the Life of Dies for 1896. U.S. Mint San Fransisco". It lists the number of obverse and reverse dies used for each denomination struck at the San Fransisco Mint. It tells us how many coins were actually struck WITH EACH DIE! Then it also tells us the average number of coins stuck with each obverse and reverse die per each denomination. Something else we can gather from this information is the possible ERROR RATE or RATE OF REJECTION per denomination. If we look at the MINTAGE numbers listed in the Red Book we will see that those numbers listed are lower than what is listed in this document since most problem coins were pulled and melted.
A small glimpse into what was going on within the San Fransisco Mint in 1896.

Figured I would bump it to see if just 1 person would be willing/interested in participating here. I thought there were more coin geeks out there but I guess not. Everyone is just interested in pretty pictures, plastic, grades and Top Pops.
