  They might put "tripled die reverse" on the label.
  
  Why not ask PCGS Customer Service instead of us? You'll get a definitive answer that way.

  There were two recent CW articles about it, as the variety was "discovered" during an NCS evaluation. Unfortunately, there was a previous example of a coin in an old SEGS holder, which dampened the enthusiasm a bit.
  
  The only thing rarer than a gold coin variety like this is a gold coin collector who cares.
