As for "icon upload" not being activated, there's always Monday but from previous threads by Ms. Carol, its always been the Friday prior to the weekend that the 15th falls on. BTW, they limit it to once a month because folks were uploading some "questionable" images. Once a month enables them to do some reviewing and possible deleting of potentially bad avatars.

No, that is not true. Chris started a thread on this awhile ago and some of us related our experiences.
Perhaps their storage is no longer working properly, or there is some other glitch, but for many (happened to me at least 3 times), if you upload a new icon, then later go change something in your profile (say, sig line), you lose the avatar. And, it is NOT there under any name. I've tested this out multiple ways, including going through EVERY icon available...TWICE
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
