the answer is - both portraits were over looking the ceremony
at the unveiling of the Millard Fillmore 1 dollar coin on Thursday Feb 18th

    The launch ceremony was held at the Moravia Middle School. I don't think the launch committee felt it was their position to rearrange school property just to be PC.
