Looks like every coin has been bought from Heritage, and has been bid up to his purchase price from those auctions.
This coin was bought at the height of the market, in April 2008, with much better Heritage pictures, yet with his crappy eBay pictures "somehow" the bid is even higher now (with a bidder who has 100% bidding activity with him).
