Of course I didn't actually get to talk to those people, but got some exec admin assistant.
I didn't get snippy with them, just gave them the facts and told them it was completely unacceptable.
They told me there was a "snafu" that caused many weeks of non shipment at the distributor, but things are back on track now.
They couldn't tell me when anything would actually go out, but I did notice my most recent gold first lady finally shipped today.
I don't know if there is any association or just coincedence, but at least I let them know I wasn't happy.
