Buy the plastic, not the coin.
It seems to be a scarce slab variety, according to condor's research. I have never seen one where ypu couldn't feel the gold hot stamp logo with your finger. This is UNDER the plastic.

I realize that's your coin and all the power to you to get whatever you can for that coin. I am just saying that I wouldn't pay double grey for a very common coin regardless of the holder. (Ok, maybe a black NGC holder).
Those NGC slabs without the hologram aren't common, but the slabs themselves definitely should not add any sort of a substantial premium to the coin that is housed inside. You can usually find an example or two of the type of slab at any larger coin show, and most dealers will not attempt to ask for a high premium just because of the holder.
As for the Dime in question, it's a coin that I would at most pay $18 dollars for, and that's being quite generous considering that the dime does not appear to be a strong example for the grade.

I just looked at that particular coin at the MidAmerica show. Ash had this slab with him and showed the coin to me. Regency holders sure are large slabs!

That coin & slab was a good buy even at double the grey price.

I'm into these things, and I would pay a premium for a coin in one of these, or an NGC black, PCGS Regency, etc.
