1886 Morgan 3+2 Vam 1C
I was just curious how many clash marks are on this coin. I see the 3+2 (which is rather faint on the 3rd clash) I see the neck, nose, possibly hair, possibly something else above the claw near the arrow and possibly something on the left end of the wreath. Are these all clashes? Just curious. The coin is a PCGS ms64 that is unattributed. I know it isn't to rare but hopefully it was a good pickup. It showed up today and I had forgot I bought it, nothing like a surprise!!

<< <i>My quess is they are all clashes. I have an early die state of this coin and you can see Ms. Liberty's lips on the reverse as well. You can also see the top 3 clashes close together and bold on an early struck piece. Here's the link in case you need it:

<< <i>Yes, there are a few nice toners among them too. (I sent one off to Heritage not long ago.) >>
Speaking of which, last night someone ripped that coin I consigned. The toning is nicer in hand than Heritage showed it to be. Sold for half the market value too. I get the occasional rip too, so congrats to whomever got it. Here is that lot anyway. (The 86-O VAM-7 also sold for a big bargain. I know that was missing form a number of good registry sets.)

I dropped at at $180. It looked abused, that's why. Not sure it should have been holdered in the first place, sorry to the buyer but
there was something wrong with it.
