HELP! Is this a 2008 W ASE Proof with a 2007 reverse!??

  The one to the right seems to be the 2007 rev, and the left looks like the 2008 reverse.
  
  Quickly looking through ebay, I have seen both reverses. It doesn't seem that one reverse is rarer than the other.

  The one on the right appears to be a 2008 reverse while the coin on the left seems to be a pre-2008 reverse.
  
  It may just be me, but the stars appear to be much closer in the coin on the left.
