Yeah. I think they're tied together somewhat because of the perceived link between oil and inflation. Falling oil ==> reduced inflation expectation ==> lower precious metals and commodity prices.
Looks like I may have entered some bids on gold in upcoming shows a little too high and a little too early. Still, I based the bids on $600 melt and basically bid melt, so it's not too bad. If it goes down more than that, it's just an excuse to buy more gold!
