Thanks for posting this. Looks like a person can get $20 off on a $50 paypal payment. Catches are they have to register in advance and follow all the other rules above, such as paying via ebay checkout and not via send money in Paypal. $20 off a $50 coin makes for a great deal. Though the $20 isn't received until two months later, and it goes back into the Paypal account so shoppers may be tempted to buy more when it appears.
