I will be giving away one (1) Proof Ben Franklin Founding Father Proof Dollar (BN3) for my first give-a-way contest. Although I have never been lucky enough to win anyone else's, I have decided that it's time to do one myself. I have been waiting for a good contest idear to come along and I finally stumbled upon one.

Just today I read on the PCGS website that a 1993-W Bullion $50 Gold Proof Eagle PCGS 70DCAM will be auctioned off on Teletrade on Sunday, April 23rd. The board member that guesses CLOSEST TO THE FINAL "REALIZED PRICE" WITHOUT GOING OVER will win this coin. If there should be a tie between two board members, I will have to break the tie by flipping a coin (so it might not hurt to check what others are guessing).

One last thing. Please do not turn this thread into a discussion board for the coin (or the other specimens whereabouts, etc.). There have already been threads started on this coin so post your comments on the other threads. I have no connection to this auction nor do I know the seller (or maker) of the coin.

The following rules apply:

1.) All guesses must be posted before 12:00 midnight (EST) on Saturday, April 22nd. Any guesses posted after that time will not count.
2.) Only one entry/guess is permitted per board member.
3.) Any entries/guesses that have been edited after 12:00 midnight (EST) on Saturday, April 22nd will be disqualified.

4.) Since many people have asked, the "realized price" that you are guessing does NOT include the buyers fee of 12%. If there is any confusion as to what the hammer price is on the coin, I will get confirmation from Ian Russell (President of TT) directly.

This hand-picked beauty (still in the original mint packaging) will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday via USPS Priority Mail. GOOD LUCK!!!!
