Chatter Haze Or Film On Morgans How Can You Rid This.

HI I have a couple of nice DMPL"S Morgan and for some darn reason they have a film or this haze on the they were like a freaken perfect mirror, now I have clean spots and haze spots, someone told me it could be CHATTER? what is that, how can I fix my problem, I knew I should of sent in for grading 4 years ago. but I snapped in a plastic holder and just noticed the problem, HELP< 911 Please.
