I had an E-Bay buyer file a Paypal dispute against me...

Be bought 2 proof sets, total $115 + shipping. Claims he never received them. Well I check the tracking number and nothing. So I tell him he has to wait 3 weeks and we'll file for insurance. I tell him to get the form 1000 from the USPS, sign the section stating that he never received the coin and mail it to me. I get the form, file out my part and tell them to send the check to the buyer. I E-Mail the buyer and let him know that the form was dropped off at the PO and he should receive a check. The guy filed a PP dispute! The freeze $115 from my account and send me the "you tell your side of the story" E-Mail. So I call the PO and tell them to change the person getting the check to me. I tell Paypal to go and pay him. Well to make a long story even longer. I got the check in 2 weeks and it took Paypal 6 weeks to credit the guys account!image I sent him an E-Mail telling him that also!!!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!
