I'd buy them all except it wasn't clear as to whether the cost is in American Dollars or something else.

The images look like they were scanned from a book or old catalogue. I can't believe he'll even get a single bid on any of these coins. And zero feedback to boot! image

I wonder if we have a terrorist problem here? Did you see the name of the guy on the "certificates"? Rafik Aghajanyan

Selling a $100 coin for $15,000,000.00 sounds like someone's trying to move money to me.

Middle eastern name + scam auction = "terrorist problem."

    -but-

American name + scam auction = scam auction.

    Shame!

You know, I really don't think we need politics on the coin forum and certainly not your sig pic.

I try to avoid this sort of OT thing in this forum, but......

Just where do Islamic terrorists generally come from and what types of names do they have?

Shame is right, but it's your sig pic and your despicable attitude and link in this forum.

I'm going to hope you are simply clueless as the alternative is unseemly. Here's a little truth for you, terrorist groups do use this country as a fund raising and money laundering platform.

Well, that answers my question about combined shipping.

As I was typing my worries, I realized it was politcal and and sounded racist. But, this is a very extreme auction, and we do frequently conjecture here on whether auctions are scams and the way they are done. I just took a bit of my own personal fear when I looked at this auction and let it go.

In my own mind though. Even if you don't look at the ethnicty involved, it looks like a money laundering scheme to me. If I'm wrong then I'll be the first to apologise.

As far as I know, Islamic terrorists come from Islamic countries and tend to have Islamic names. What's your point?

Shame is right, but it's your sig pic and your despicable attitude and link in this forum

My attitude? MY ATTITUDE? Am I the one conjecturing that someone with a middle eastern-sounding name may be a terrorist simply because he may be running a scam auction?

I'm going to hope you are simply clueless as the alternative is unseemly. Here's a little truth for you, terrorist groups do use this country as a fund raising and money laundering platform

And here's a little truth for you: America has its own American-born, American-bred terrorists. When eBayers with American-sounding names run scam auctions, why is there no similar conjecture regarding terrorism? Might the answer be racism?

If you are referring to the McVeigh types, you are ill informed. He was a patsy for Islamic backers. If Clinton hadn't been such a weenie, he wouldn't have swept the truth under the rug. Read "The Third Terrorist" by Jayna Davis and get back to me. No, on second thought, don't bother getting back. You won't like reading the truth and I'm sure your denial instincts will keep your blinders on.

OK, you aren't clueless. You really are a fool. In answer to your query, it's probably a scam for money's sake, as opposed to a scam for funds to kill Americans.

Racism? You're a knee jerk idiot. If we were a racist country, as in FDR's day, we would have rounded them up and deported them or put them in camps ala the Japanese in 1941-42.

Be thankfull you can hide behind a keyboard. I lost a friend in the Pentagon attack. You probably think she deserved it. image

Let me guess, you think the Bush family was behind 911, right? Should we apologize for putting our buildings in the path of those poor Islamic student pilots?

This belongs on another forum and I'm not wasting anymore time on the likes of you. You disgust me.

You are so right. These kind of folks arguments are so weak they have to bring this tripe in at any cost. I am so sick of it. I want to discuss coins.

It'd be worth the $5.00 for the Ebay verification just to bid $15,000,000 on it for fun. Don't pay, and see if eBay has the audacity to let this knucklehead file a NPB on me. That would definately prove ignorance on eBay's behalf. They're idiots for letting this numbskull advertise such a auction.

This auction reminds me of that "Buy Brittany Speers fart in a tupperware container" auction that peaked to $100,000,000 b-4 the dullards at eBay realized it was a hoax.
