Need help with a token

This token is made of brass and slightly smaller and thinner than the hard times tokens that I have seen. Does anyone have any ideas or an ID for the piece?

I don't have the book but I would bet that it IS a HTT. The legend around the rim of the reverse is similar to others I have seen on some HTT's. Although the ones that really come to mind are the ones that say Perish Commerce Perish Industry.

Looks to be a Whig Victory HT token. HT#14 R-5 Rulau lists it at $125 in VG.
