How many more do you think you'll acquire?

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

  • I just sold a boat load of them Russ. You didnt even bid. They were not very nice though.

Are you officially hoarding AH Kennedys now. image

  • I just got back from the boonies. Didn't know you had any for sale. No, not hoarding. Just thought one would go well in my "PCGS First Year of Issue Coin Collection."

    Lori,

It's no fun bidding on them when the seller knows what they're selling.image

I still have a PR62 you can trade for one of those PR67CAMS!!!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

I just got back from the Albuquerque coin show and I found two uncirculated 64 Kennedys with some nice obverse rainbow coloring and brilliant reverse's..... I may want to trade....

    aeast236,

Holy CRAP!!!!!!!!! You need to start a new thread, and we need multiple images of that set, including all the coins. You may have a friggin' gigantic find on your hands - and I mean GIGANTIC!

aeast, please remember Russ gets light headed around silver. Looks like you have a nice shiny coin that I need to examine closer. The air in the Pacific Northwest will tarnish a coin in minutes. The air in Phila is just like, um, Kansas so it will be safe sending it to me. image

    Joe,

That set is in an SMS holder, and look at the finish on the half and the part of the quarter that is showing. My mind is reeling.image

Sure doesn't look like any of my '64 proof sets. The SMS holder is a nice touch. Did I mention I'm flying to Kansas tonight? Going to visit my old friend Aaron. Talk to you when I get back. image

Well, Aaron sent me a larger image at a different angle, and it looks like a regular set that was moved in to an SMS holder. My pulse is beginning to slow and the dizzyness should subside shortly.image

Russ, I know what you were thinking but they didn't start using those holders until 1966.
