Buyer stiffed me on a realtively small item $250...never shipped it but hasn't paid..no communication..won't answer phone or e-mail
Been over 2 1/2 weeks. Is doing it to others.

So no one in particular gets any stupid notions here- James sego is one helluve a good dealer- this is the kind of person I would buy a raw coin fromn sight unseen.
And there are very few folks that I have this much confidence in when buy or selling to.
By the way..

The good news he stiffed me too (thank goodness on a coin that closed at $34. yet cost me a little over $60.) and as of a few days ago I filed a NPB also.
Give it a few more days and I can close it out. That'll be his third (hoping his other negative also filed a NPB too) and that will be enough to get him automatically NURU'ed.
