Need a bit of guidance to correct a possible eBay sale issue.

Okay, I received a message on an auction where I believe the inquirer might have misunderstood a description. I answered (and included the answer on the auction for anyone else that might get over exhuberant in their buying delirium). I then went to check my auctions and found that the inquirer had already used Buy It Now to purchase 2 of the same items in two other of the auctions (all 5 auctions have well over 1 day to almost 7 days before they end, and they are all the same). Now, if my answer is not to the persons expectations (I would presume that they jumped the gun for unknown reasons), I have no problem with "undoing" it because I don't want someone to be mislead.
So, my question is - how does one go about undoing a "BIN" purchase (payment has not yet been made) and having the auction continue as it was prior??
Heck, I might not even need to - but I'd like to know just in case.

Hopefully, you are worried over nothing. Time will tell.
