1805 Large $.01 Grade and value?

Hey guys,
I have come into some hardtimes financially at the moment and am going to sell off this coin, and maybe a few others.

Im wondering what you guys would give it for a grade and value (once i figure a happy median ill post in the F/S/T forum.

Im still a newb taking pics and also only have a 2.1MP digi cam.


I met up with mirabela a few weeks back and bought a few coins off him, and i brought this along so he could see it. So he's seen it with his eyes if any of you have any questions. (I hope he wouldnt mind me adding this) image

    $60 to $100

    the coin has nice EF or better detail, but bad corrosion (not terrible, but not "light" either)

    It nets around VG to Fine IMO

    I'd offer an even $100 for it, for a forum member image

    I grade it VF details, corroded, net VG6. Value $75

    I don't mind being dragged into this at all. I have no idea how it would net grade in the services' eyes, though for what it's worth I thought the appeal in-hand was much better than a G-6 coin. There's next to no discernible wear on it -- just the environmental damage & the scratches. I'm no early copper expert, but I don't think it would be far-fetched to start the net opinion by saying "AU details." It was not a very used coin when it got misplaced.
