On to the National!!

Hey all,

I just wanted to let all of you know that we're packing the van and leaving for Cleveland very early tomorrow morning. We're going to be at booth 216 at the IX Center, so if you're around for the weekend, please do stop on by! If everything goes as planned, I'll actually be painting some stuff during each convention day...

Also, on Sunday at some point, Dean (my agent) and I will be presenting the enclosed painting to HoFer Bob Feller. He and his people will honor us by placing it in the permanent collection of his museum in Van Meter, IA. The image depicts Feller's no-hitter against the Chicago White Sox, on Opening Day, 1940. To this day, he is still the only pitcher to ever throw one in the season's first game. The batter is first baseman Joe Kuhel, who would strike out and be Feller's last K of the day:

Anyways, I'm VERY much looking forward to this week-long extravaganza, especially since I know I'll get to meet so many of you in the process.

Hope to see you there!

    Graig,

I hope you do well there and have a great time. Your such a talented artist, I would be surprised if you didn't sell a truck full while there! And I love the Feller painting, that is sweet! I'm pretty sure Bob is gonna love it when he sees it.

Best of luck to you. image

Your skills are amazing, as I have said before.

    I hope you sell out.

    Some of your stuff needs to be on postcards and prints/posters;
likely quite a few folks would buy them. A coffee table book might
    be nice, too.

    Graig,

Like I said the last time you posted your AMAZING works on a thread ... THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL!

If someone told me that was a photo of Feller I would not question them.

How you CAN'T sell out is the only question!! I only wish I could afford your work!
    STAY HEALTHY!

Thanks so much for all of those warm compliments, guys. If we can sell out, that would be an absolutely amazing thing (especially for my confidence levels). Incredibly enough, we sold two pieces already to dealers as we were setting stuff up today, and the response from the people this afternoon was really nice (which warmed my heart). The best part of it so far has been the nice folks I met in the first hour or so that we were setting up our booth - everyone is so friendly!! With that in mind, I'm really looking forward to meeting you all!!

storm888, a coffee table book would be incredible too, and believe me, we're working on it. I think I just need to get a lot more work done to put something like that together.

Chris, the prices range from around $1200 for the smallest pieces (8"x10") to $5 a square inch for the larger ones (those range from around $7000-$12000). We also do every size in-between...if you have any specific questions about anything, feel free to PM/email me (gkreindler@gmail.com) to talk further.

    See you guys tomorrow!!
