Te best PSA 8 1961 Mays.

I just picked up the best one I've ever seen in an 8. The corners are mint and the centering is almost perfect. It has the faintest amount of print. I have 3 others and they are not even close in quality.

Really tough card to find in that condition. Great pick up.

What the heck are the half grades for if that doesn't merit one?

The corners are absolutely mint. I need to get my act together in regards to the scanner. I've never taken advice as to scanning. I've heard that you need to know how to scan with the proper DPI etc. and that any decent scanner will show a great picture if you know how to do those things in regards to DPI etc.

Maybe the print dots in the blue section kept it out of a 9 or .5 holder?

    Steve,
I'm sure that's what did it. I just don't agree with it. The card is really nice, and so much nicer than the others I have and my others are nice. I'll show you guys the others.

That is why many say that no two cards are alike.

It looks like the edges are frosted a little. Is it possible somebody cracked the holder and swapped cards, and stuck a 9 in there?
