looks like vam 3a to me

editted to add nice score and coin

Very nice score for $10.00.

This is VAM 3A3 with an assigned R-6. This is the third die state. Note the feather spike. Next, notice the die gouge going out of the second L in DOLLAR. Finally, at the top of the R in DOLLAR, note another small die gouge.
