You're gonna be looking a long time if you think you can get any jewelry at spot + 10%. Can you get a book or a gallon of milk at cost plus 10%? My spot review did not give me an option. They will either offer a payout and keep the coin or give you the downgraded coin in a slab with a smaller payout.
