Serious bummer John. If in fact they lied to you, you have one heck of a leg to stand on. I would think they would need to provide you proof of anything they claim. I would contact the BBB and the AG regarding this. I have seen much better images on coins I have bought on ebay. heritage images truly suck and are not a accurate image of the coin. add to that the fact that when you get the dog you are stuck with it. At least on ebay you can return the coin. Just say no to heritage if you have not examined the coin yourself -

I bought a 1987 Donruss unsearched wax box for fun. 540 cards: No Bonds, no Maddux, no Palmeiro, no Ryan, no Rose, no Kevin Brown, in fact no card that rises above the level of common.
