Another point - - I don't understand the point of this thread. Ebay IMO is going to do what it's going to do, it is imprevious to suggestions, it has no idea what customer service is, and when it does anything it ususually sides with the scammers. Do you actually expect eBay to make any changes to its mega-flawed feedback… -

So what protection does a seller really have against buyers like this? Other than not selling on eBay? Even if you videotape the packaging of an item [unless you do it in front of a USPS employee] that doesn't prove anything since those can be faked too.
