Here's a thought. Try adding a new registry set containing the coins and see if the serial numbers show up in someone elses set and then try to find out which registrant has that coin. Then you know it's a scammer. -

Another problem is scammers phone number is usually not correct put that is a good enough reason for eBay to NARU them retaliation phone calls - phantom bids - email spam - would keep me from considering that though -
