Make sure you get large scans, some of those cards were graded long long ago. Anybody who sells that much is bound to run into some negatives, he doesn't seem to be a scammer or a thief. -

If this coin is genuine, why wouldn't the seller send it to a TPG? Bust Dollars are some of the coins most commonly counterfeited by Chinese counterfeiters, and he's selling the coin raw through the same venue the scammers use to push their wares. -

Politely tell him you want to keep it simple. Cancel the sale and see what happens. Sounds like he could have just made an honest mistake, or he could be a scammer of some kind. Joe -

This is a poor example of a scammer auction. The only thing incorrect is the following description part: "ALWAYS SEALED IN PLASTIC." Obviously the coin was removed and so the box was not always sealed in plastic. Otherwise auction seems ok to me. Joe -

hypothetically, a scammer's account is a very temporary holding place for funds received...said funds will shift to one or more accounts almost immediately after receipt. You'd need to follow the money a bit longer to have a chance. -

No brains no glory. S. O. O. L. Always insure you boxes people, also don't let newbies bid on items with value. It is a scam if you didn't forget to put the coin in. Maybe you are the scammer? -

Let them bid. We all started from zero. While I understand there are some scammers out there, I feel that excluding the honest people is a terrible thing. Sorta like giving them a cold reception. -

Thanks for the info, I am going to increase shipping cost all customers as of right now due to this ridiculous requirement and send out SC/DC with all packages! You can thank e-bay and scammers for this
