These scammers know how to game the system and I'm sure he's done this more than once. Unfortunately, he will prevail with paypal. At least he didn't send you an empty box back. -

I think deals are occasionally available but they are going to dry up as eBay pulls up to 15% for their/PAYPAL fees most sellers that will be left , will be consignment sellers, scammers, and people that get their product for free -

Good point, Aknot. Thanks for the link. While hilarious what some of these scammers do, it is also very disturbing. I am just glad "do-it-yourself" slabbing isn't that common yet. -

This scammer has been listing bogus boxes and packs for some time now. Considering the number of people he's ripped off already, I'm surprised he's still a registered user on ebay.
