Re: Perhaps what this hobby really needs is to eliminate the coin dealer entirely??

If you got to rip someone to pay the bills you should change lines of work. That has got to be stressful looking for suckers all the time. Quite a few businesses run on 10 percent but i do not think coin dealers can. ( at least not many) I wonder what the average heritage percent is? Some buyers pay 15 percent but then… -
Re: Had to get a PO Box today
<< <i>So, this is a rant. Feel free to ignore. I ended up getting a PO box today because my mail service is so horrible that I can't keep getting mad at sellers, since it's not their fault in the end, that my stuff isn't getting delivered. I've filed 4 complaints against my post office and nothing has happened. Now when I… -
Re: Hey Guys! I got PCGS Grades in! CHA-CHING!
Hey Lucy, there are three that are nice catches! The 68 and 69 in 69DC and especially the 67 SMS in DCAM. Those SMS DCAM's are VERY hard to come by. That's why I'm holding onto my SMS Kennedys in DCAMs, even as I upgrade. A 65 DCAM from the SMS series is still are rare and beautiful coin. Since they had no proof coins from… -

It's not so much that there's so many cars, it's just that there's no lane discipline whatsoever. It was impossible to maintain any sort of constant speed, because you'd always come across… -
Re: Team by team approaches to MLB ticket prices for next season
<< <i>This SUCKS. The Rays cheapest seats (upper deck) are now $10-$16 for advance sale and $13-$21 for day of game (different prices for different opponents). Two seasons ago they were $5 no matter who they played! Most "regular" game tickets are the same price as last year, but with the addition of "marquee" to go along… -
Re: A very bad bidder--one to definitely block! Don't sell to ctkiev9

<< <i>Here's the scenario with this deadbeat: 3.22.05: Payment arrives, postmarked 3.19.05. I always try to verify larger checks prior to deposit. In this case, that was easy because the bidder's check was drawn on the same bank where I have my own account (BOFA). Check is NSF, of course. >> I have never heard of a bank… -
