I have gone through thousands of 71 sets looking for THE Kennedy.. It would have been a KILLER coin if PCGS had not ceritfied 24 CRAPPY ones! Underneath there still exists dirt, but to the eye it looks like shiny silver. When Scanned the scanner picks up that dirt and gives it an overall grey or brown look. Russ not all is lost...you… -
