FUN Show Day 2 and 3, My Final Report, Cool Coin Pics

Ok, I am done, Saturday was a dud like I thought it would be. The kind of inventory I have is just not the kind of inventory the Saturday crowd is looking for. While the table next to me was sparse in humanity the last few days, suddenly, huge crowds at their table spilling over to mine. Obviously we had very different… -

Re: Best of the Mint (3) 1916 Walking Liberty Half Dollar Gold Coin and Silver Medal Set
Watching the sales of BOM 1 and BOM 2, I think 30,000 is a stretch. Auction ends Sunday, January 19th. 1876 T$1 Chop Mark, Type II Obverse and Reverse -- Cleaned -- PCGS Genuine. AU Details. >>>> Link <<<< Super tough variety with maybe a dozen or so known. Even fewer are known chopped, and notwithstanding the cleaning, this is one of the highest numerical grade known. The coin is arguably… -
Re: Anyone Want To Share Their Current Submission And TPG'er......
I'm the same way. I was pleased with how quickly PCGS turned around an economy currency submission, less than a month all together and low $20s per note. On coins you have a multi-month wait at PCGS, probably worse at NGC, similar at Anacs, maybe a litte faster at ICG. CACg is 2 months on economies but 2 weeks for…
