I found a high percentage of scammers especially on high value items. Though ebay presumably "has your back" and paypal has its rules designed to circumvent fraud, there are no doubt sellers who fall through the cracks not getting the backing they assumed was on their side. -

I'm not convinced this seller doesn't know exactly what his coins are actually worth and I'm not ready to give him the benefit of the doubt. I've seen too many eBay scammers to just assume it's "laziness or haste or sloppiness." -

Funny thing is the anti spammer spammers have created more buzz for these threads than if they would have kept their nose out of it. -
