Three comments: * I find it amazing, both in the microcosm of the maturing (positive attitude) or regressing (negative attitude) coin market and in our society as a whole how much people want guarantees and absolutes. I owned a proof seated half in PCGS 66, sent it in to CAC and it did not sticker. Four months later it sat in a PCGS PR67+ CAM holder with a CAC sticker. That is but one of several instances. It will take some time, but eventually the perceived value of a CAC sticker will wane as systematic inconsistency and bias are outed.
