Re: Dan Carrs latest
3 Declaration of Independence remain in my HSN cart 5-24-26, 308 pm. When launch price on May 22 was live I had 3 separate $5.50 shipping fees = $16.50. Ultimately, I did not order any of these HSN Mikes for a few reasons INCLUDING NO SALES TO COLORADO I guess I watched and rewatched 14 presentations which took maybe 3&1/2… -

1) @Mr Lindy 's PCGS MS69 Peace dollar token is clearly a Die Pair 9 (MM placement, ghost D to the south of the primary MM, and only three rays below ONE). Produced in 2020. . 2) Dan's items must appear in Krause Unusuals listed in the US Section, from the reference "Unusual World Coins, 6th Edition" by Krause… -

Hmmmm..... 1) The "private issue" certainly cannot possibly be listed in any of the PCGS- approved acceptable sources: https://www.pcgs.com/tokensandmedals 2) The cert number, 56098445 is "not found" in the PCGS cert. verification look-up! 3) The coin number, 978143 does come up in the PCGS pop report. 355 First Strike,… -

Everything I acquire is a keeper. Keeping Gold I like at $5,600 was a challenge. Keeping Silver I like at $ 116 was also a challenge that passed by too. But the lofty 2026 record prices did give me a chance to dig stuff up I had not looked at in years, or decades. I'll be better prepared to cash out of things if new highs… -

Re: Dan Carrs latest
A Genuine USA die paired with fantasy or token die restruck by Daniel Carr. I think the 1759 obverse die was from 1965 original production. With designer initials included on obverse. Newer ones look goofy to me, eye buldge, chubby cheeks, angry face reminds me of late 1990's era Chinese Counterfeit made Die. But… -

Ending up winning my 1st PCGS 1964D PEACE Dollar, in gold shield MS69. A bucket list Carr Art archive "$1" for me, due in 48 hours. I know everyone else here likely has one or several PCGS Gold Shield Peace "$" Carrs & I am late to the Party. Where's the micro brew 5 gallon Cornelius keg ? Something IPA on tap ?… -
Re: Dan Carrs latest
I cannot compete with being complete as it's been decades since I plugged holes in my 1c Blue Whitmans. I fled collecting dates when sold everything to fund error coin purchases in 1978. Local dealer was sad to buy everything back plus sourced elsewhere, but he started my exodus by selling me an awesome 1976D 50% off…
