   It's quite nice after the dip, looks like it will make cameo. I'm a little surprised the milk spot between T R still remains even after the dip.

   Yes, I think that is a "cameo" for sure. Looks like a "milk spot" on the "TR". For some reason, early die strikes ("cameos") from that era seem to have that problem more often than later non-cameo strikes.
