   I recently had two knuckleheads open a INR case on me trying to get free cards. Once I provided the tracking, they both closed the case the next day. I cant block them because if they bid on one of my current items, they can leave negative(since they didn't leave any feedback at all). As long as evilbay allows buyers to…
