1. has anyone done a bulk grading submission?

   What are the basic guidelines for lower value cards? (Minimum number? Must be same series? Can I state a minimum grade? Cost per card?) Thanks in advance for any help.

   If it falls into the parameters of what PSA says for the bulk rate, you're good to go with mixing years, sets sports and non-sports. I submitted some of my Transformers stuff with a few hundred Griffey cards years ago.
